Chandler & Jody Rhodes had had enough of suburban townhouse living. Jody, in particular, longed to live in a more rural setting, to more fully indulge his love of the outdoors. The busy couple and their two young children also were clearly outgrowing their existing home.

Chandler and Jody recently contacted Jerry Kline to help them sell their three-story townhome in the Piney Orchard section of Odenton, Maryland. Jerry then helped the family locate and purchase a new property some 50 miles away in Frederick County, Maryland.

Jerry sold the home in three days – and for the highest price ever paid for a home in The Courts at Piney Orchard. As part of the deal, Jerry also negotiated a rent-back agreement for the sellers, which allowed them to stay in the property after settlement. This helped to make their move to their new home a bit easier.
