Chandler & Jody Rhodes had had enough of suburban townhouse living. Jody, in particular, longed to live in a more rural setting, to more fully indulge his love of the outdoors. The busy couple and their two young children also were clearly outgrowing their existing home.

The Rhodes’ Odenton townhome included a host of attractive updates and unique features. Jerry sold the home in three days – and for the highest price ever paid for a home in The Courts at Piney Orchard. As part of the deal, Jerry also negotiated a rent-back agreement for the sellers, which allowed them to stay in the property after settlement. This helped to make their move to their new home a bit easier.
