Larry Rose puts a lot of love into everything he does. A long-time resident of Odenton’s Piney Orchard community, Larry recently decided to move down south to enjoy his retirement. That meant selling his impeccably kept, end-unit townhome in The Courts of Piney Orchard. To do so, Larry and his wife, Susan, chose Jerry Kline of Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland to help them.
Jerry met Larry several years ago when Larry was volunteering his time on The Courts Homeowners Association Board. Larry during his time on the Board worked tirelessly to improve his community, and in the process he forged many friendships with his neighbors. Even the neighbors who do not know Larry know his house. It is the handsome, brick-front colonial that stands out because of the immaculate yard.
Larry works on his yard every day. The grass is always thick, dark green and perfectly trimmed. The landscaping looks great, too. It’s literally impossible to find a single weed in the front, side or back lawn. Larry likes it that way.
Of course, the inside of the home is just as perfectly maintained. (This is Larry we’re talking about.) The pristine condition of the property and a host of desirable upgrades attracted multiple purchase offers from buyers. Jerry sold the property in three days.
In the end, Larry is sad to see the house go. But happy to start a new chapter in his life.
