Sandra was a loving mother and grandmother who spent long hours crafting and gardening at her charming one-story cottage in Shady Side, Maryland. When she passed away last year after a long illness, her two daughters contacted Jerry Kline, seeking assistance with selling Sandra’s home as part of settling her estate.

A buyer for the home was quickly found, and though some repairs to the home were needed, the final sale price of $310,000 was considered excellent for a 1,083 sq. ft. home built in 1950.
