When Peter & Sarah’s son, Andrew, began attending the prestigious Gilman School in Baltimore, the couple quickly realized Andrew’s hour-long (one-way) daily commute was not going to work. They needed to sell their Fort Meade-area home in the Piney Orchard section of Odenton, and purchase a closer — and larger — home to make the family’s life easier. First, Jerry helped the family sell its home on Piney Pass Way in the Odenton, Maryland, community of Piney Orchard.
