Mark and Lisa owned and managed their Hanover rental property on Gesna Drive for more than 20 years. Located just three miles from Fort Meade, Maryland, and one mile from the new Maryland Live Casino and Hotel at Arundel Mills Mall, the home was very popular with tenants. When the time came to sell the property and liquidate the asset, Mark and Lisa turned to Jerry Kline with Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland. Jerry sold the home in just four days, for the full list price of $279,000.

Fort Meade homes for sale

When Chris Jaus, a member of the U.S. Navy, was recently transferred from Ottawa, Canada, to Fort Meade, Maryland, he knew nothing about the area here. He contacted me to help him find a new home, and in the process, decided he was tired of throwing away money on rent.

Working remotely over a period of several months, Chris and I teamed up to find him a fabulous new-construction townhome in the Tanyard Springs community of Glen Burnie. Chris used his VA mortgage loan entitlement to purchase the home, and at settlement, he actually walked away from the table with a check for several thousand dollars for buying the home!
