Fort Meade homes for sale
When Chris Jaus, a member of the U.S. Navy, was recently transferred from Ottawa, Canada, to Fort Meade, Maryland, he knew nothing about the area here. He contacted me to help him find a new home, and in the process, decided he was tired of throwing away money on rent.
Working remotely over a period of several months, Chris and I teamed up to find him a fabulous new-construction townhome in the Tanyard Springs community of Glen Burnie. Chris used his VA mortgage loan entitlement to purchase the home, and at settlement, he actually walked away from the table with a check for several thousand dollars for buying the home!
Chris’ new luxury townhome has a gargantuan kitchen and a one-car garage, and I was able to get the builder, Lennar Homes, to throw in a deck for free! Chris is extremely happy with his new place.
