Jerry Kline Helps Parents Purchase Off-Campus Housing in College Park

This home, located at 9430 Rhode Island Ave. in College Park, Maryland, was recently purchased by clients of Jerry Kline, realtor, Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland. The clients purchased the home as off-campus housing for their two children, who attend the University of Maryland at College Park.

With two children attending the University of Maryland at College Park, Rob & Rajshree decided it made more financial sense to purchase an off-campus home to meet their daughters’ housing needs. So, the parents contacted Jerry Kline of Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland to help them locate a safe, well-maintained home that allowed for an easy commute to the university. The transaction recently closed.
