Shaun & Kristen Lillard have been very busy.

Jerry Helps Family Sell in Odenton, Buy at Lake Linganore

Chandler & Jody Rhodes had had enough of suburban townhouse living. Jody, in particular, longed to live in a more rural setting, to more fully indulge his love of the outdoors. The busy couple and their two young children also were clearly outgrowing their existing home.

Chandler and Jody recently contacted Jerry Kline to help them sell their three-story townhome in the Piney Orchard section of Odenton, Maryland. Jerry then helped the family locate and purchase a new property some 50 miles away in Frederick County, Maryland.
